Purchase terms

Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy programme places directly from Grierson Teacher Coaching. They explain what you receive, how payment and access work, and your cancellation rights.

Version 2026-08-31 · effective 31 August 2026

1. Who you are buying from

Your contract is with Grierson Teacher Coaching, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

Grierson Teacher Coaching

Myatt Cottage, Angley Road, Cranbrook TN17 3LR, United Kingdom

Telephone: +44 7970 413492

2. What a programme place includes

Each place gives one teacher access to the programme named at checkout. Unless the product page says otherwise, the programme includes four self-paced coaching modules, guided reflection activities, feedback or support through the platform, progress tracking and a CPD certificate after completion. Each module normally takes one to three hours.

A place is for one named participant and must not be shared. Any scheduled live coaching or additional service is included only where the product description or a separate written agreement expressly says so.

3. Ordering and the contract

Before ordering, you can review the programme, number of places, organisation and total price. You must confirm these terms and the immediate-access request. For card payments, the contract is formed when Stripe confirms payment. For an invoice order, it is formed when we issue the invoice. We will send confirmation to the email associated with the order.

You confirm that you are at least 18 and have authority to buy for the named school or organisation. We may reject or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or unauthorised use, and will refund money taken for an order we cancel.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Grierson Teacher Coaching is not registered for VAT, so VAT is not charged. Card payment is taken securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your complete card number.

School invoices are due within 30 days and may be paid using the methods shown on the Stripe invoice. Programme places ordered by invoice are made available when the order is placed, on the basis that the invoice will be paid in full within 30 days. If an invoice is not paid, we may suspend or withdraw access to the places and pursue payment by the usual means.

5. Access and availability

Places are added to the purchasing organisation and can then be assigned to participants. For card orders, access begins once payment is confirmed. For invoice orders, access begins when the order is placed, with payment due within 30 days. There is no fixed completion deadline unless one is shown before purchase or agreed in writing. Access continues while the programme is operated, the account remains in good standing, and any invoice is paid when due.

We may make reasonable technical or content updates. If we plan to withdraw a paid programme, we will give reasonable notice and a fair opportunity to complete it, or provide an appropriate remedy where that is not possible. Temporary maintenance, security work or events outside our reasonable control may interrupt access.

6. Consumer cancellation rights

If you are buying wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession, you normally have 14 days from the day the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason.

At checkout you may expressly ask us to provide access during that 14-day period. For digital content, your cancellation right ends when supply begins after your express request and acknowledgement. For any service element that starts during the cancellation period, you may still cancel within 14 days, but we may charge a proportionate amount for services supplied up to cancellation. Once a service has been fully performed after your express request and acknowledgement, the cancellation right ends.

These cancellation rights generally do not apply where a school or organisation buys wholly for business purposes, although any written agreement and your statutory remedies still apply.

7. How to cancel

To cancel, send a clear statement before the cancellation period expires to info@griersonteachercoaching.co.uk or the postal address above. Include your name, organisation, order or invoice reference, programme and the email used to order.

Where cancellation is valid, we will reimburse payments due without undue delay and normally within 14 days of being told. We will use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. A full refund ends the related licence and programme access. A refund for specified unassigned places removes those places; another partial monetary remedy does not automatically remove remaining paid access.

8. Quality, faults and statutory rights

We will provide digital content and services with reasonable care and skill and as described. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content or services. Please contact us promptly if content or access is faulty so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law.

9. Acceptable use and liability

The Terms of Use also apply. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. For business customers, our total liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except for liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. We are not liable for business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

10. Changes, law and complaints

The version accepted at checkout applies to your order. We may update these terms for future orders and will not retrospectively remove your statutory rights. English law applies. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.

Please see our Complaints Policy or contact us using the details above.
