Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the platform, users agree to use Grierson Teacher Coaching in a professional, lawful and respectful manner. These terms should be read alongside any service agreement, school agreement or coaching arrangement that applies.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting their login details, respecting confidentiality and using the platform for professional development purposes. Users must not upload unlawful, harmful or inappropriate material.
Intellectual Property
Coaching materials, platform content, templates and resources provided by Grierson Teacher Coaching remain the intellectual property of Grierson Teacher Coaching or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing. Users may use them for their own professional development and agreed school-based work.
Limitation of Liability
The platform supports professional reflection and development. It does not replace school policies, statutory duties, safeguarding procedures, legal advice, medical advice or formal employment guidance. Grierson Teacher Coaching is not responsible for losses arising from misuse of the platform or reliance on information outside the agreed scope of the service.
